Laser marking on tools

on

The tooling world was one of the first in history to adopt laser marking for traceability identification codes, logos, and dimensional and functional data.

Precisely because of its functionality, the laser marking must not modify the tool millimetrically and be impalpable and very visible, tending to be black in color. Verification of the marking is another fundamental step the higher the value of the tool itself is.

There is a vast world of tools: milling cutters, drill bits, inserts, circular blades and discs, and band saws are just some of the applications in which we have specialized over the years.

Considering that the history of LASIT started with a partner such as ISCAR for the production of tools in the 90s, we can say that we have gained some experience in this field, with 27 different laser systems made for the various applications of this very extensive world.
