5-axis machining center is designed for complex and multi surface contour machining to help manufacturers improve operation. AXILE presents V5X and U6 to help users enhance machining efficiency and reduce multiple setups. With high-performance spindle, high-tech component and rigid structure, AXILE’s 5-axis VMC is ready to boost your productivity.
V5X has a compact footprint of 2300x2300mm with 600x500x435mm travel; its compact design is the great choice for job shop owner whose floor space is at a premium. And the work piece size is Ø210x350mm, which is suitable for machining small and complicated parts. The C-type structure ensures V5X performs high rigidity of Z-axis and spindle headstock. V5X is coupled with the high-speed spindle, feed rate 40 m/min and 32 tools arm type ATC. Based on the high-level main structure, V5X offers 2 models to satisfy different machining demands, dry cut and wet cut.
