MICROCUT HORIZONTAL TURNING MACHINE SERIES BNC-2600

Flat-bed lathe BNC-2600 provides a large cutting capacity from 82mm/106mm/153mm with easy loading system and big spindle bore allows long bar cutting. Cutting length from 1M to 4M. User-friendly CNC system provides manual mode, conversational programming and ISO-code program. Thread-repair cycles, variable pitch threading and taper threads are applicable.

Features

The A1-8 (82mm bore) / A1-11 (106mm bore, option) / A2-11 (153mm bore, option) spindle nose accommodates a heavy-duty chuck for production.

The double box-way design is used for rapid traverse in extremely wide bed to carry heavy workpieces.

Ballscrew support bracket for bed length longer than 3 meters to ensure accuracy

Equipped with a pneumatic automatic spindle speed changer, enabling the machine running under full automatic mode.
