Digital inverted microscope WELDinspect 8.3 MP (4k)
Inverted microscope for analysis and measurement of weld bead. 4K inverted imaging system with motorised zoom, auto-focus, built-in large aperture illumination, and dedicated software for weld bead measurements, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Thanks to its state-of-the-art image sensor, large-aperture illumination and pre-calibrated high-resolution optics, WELDinspect delivers calibrated, razor-sharp images of prepared samples across the entire field of view and zoom range.
Large field-of-view range from 84 to 3 mm (3.3″ to 0.12″), equivalent to ~2.5x – 70x optical magnification.
WELDinspect is designed in a rugged aluminum housing with stainless steel top plate and durable tempered Gorilla glass optical window.
The inverted digital microscope system is also available with:
- 250x optics, field of view from 62.5 to 2.4 mm (2.46″ to 0.094″)
- Illumination with built-in cross-polarization filters
- 2.1 megapixel Full HD camera system.
