      Package Advanced Research (AR)

      NIS-Elements AR is optimized for advanced research applications. It features fully automated acquisition and control instrumentation for continuous image acquisition and analysis in six dimensions.

      The software is designed to provide a high computing power and optimizing workflow. Multidimensional images can be processed easily with support for capture, display, peripheral device control and management and analysis of up to six dimensions (X, Y, Z, Lambda (wavelength), T seizures in different phases). It also provides processing and visualization of complex images, such as viewing 5D, automatic counting of objects, while measuring the intensity, composition of images, deconvolution, structuring results in databases and function of extending the depth of focus.

      The system contributes to experiment efficiency by integrating information into databases usorara advanced storage and search in a large number of multi-dimensional image files.

      Unified control of the entire imaging system offers significant benefits for advanced research, such as live cell imaging.

      Package Basic Research (BR)

      NIS-Elements BR is suited for standard research applications such as analysis and fluorescence imaging photo-documentation. It has a capacity of up to four dimensions acquisition and advanced control functions of the device.

      Although it does not have the capabilities of advanced research module, BR offers access to advanced imaging solutions, archiving and analysis, being easy to use and offers a large flow of work.

      BR ease of working with multi-dimensional imaging with support for capture, display, peripheral device control, management and data analysis to four dimensions (X, Y, Z, Lambda (wavelength)). It also offers advanced image processing tools such as automatic counting intensity over time, working with databases and generating reports, and depending on the depth of focus expansion.

      Confocal package (C)

      NIS-Elements software enables full integration C control systems confocal specific acquisition with advanced image analysis. Automated microscopes is dedicated interfaces A1 and C1 addressing all modes of acquisition. Software can observe changes in living organisms and graphic intensity during photooxidare processes and interface monitoring photoactivare with well developed for this purpose.

      In accordance with the specific confocal functionality, the NIS-Elements platform has been designed to achieve, viewing image analysis, processing and data management.
