The Idrodust Compact® hydrodynamic filter is a hydrodynamic dust, vapour and gas suppressor that uses the effect of micromixing the gas to be treated with water. Mixing is done in a duct with a specifically designed shape into which the vacuum created by the fan brings the water and the polluted air is spun to make it easier for dust to be captured and/or the gaseous substances to be absorbed. A high-performance drop separator at output prevents water from being dragged. It has no parts that are subject to wear or clogging, which contributes in reducing maintenance.
There is the option of having the carpentry made of AISI 304 steel.
The Idrodust Compact® hydrodynamic filter operation, similar to the standard version, differs in how the sludge is drained from the sedimentation tank. Scrapers collect the dust/sludge that settles at the bottom of the tank and it is transported mechanically to the outlet for disposal. The sludge dredge prevents having to stop the machine to remove sludge, considerably reducing general management costs.
The Idrodust Compact® hydrodynamic filter is equipped with a hot-dip galvanised carbon steel venturi system, ideal for particularly harsh applications, and abates concentrations of powdery pollutants.
