High Accuracy Video Measurement Systems iNEXIV VMA 2520, 4540, 6555
These systems automatically measure various components such as plastic injection molds and electronic components with high accuracy and repeatability. They allow measurement of tall and uneven objects with a long working distance of 73.5 mm. Three iNEXIV VMA series models are available, each with a different XY travel.
The 10x zoom with five specific steps (0.35x – 0.6x – 1x – 1.8x – 3.5x) provides accurate measurement as well as high resolution images. Incredibly good positioning accuracy for systems produced by Nikon Metrology due to the elimination of errors in the magnification mechanism.
The iNEXIV series equipment offers images with a clarity unmatched at any magnification used. A wide FOV of up to 13 mm x 10 mm (at 0.35x) allows easy search and alignment of measuring targets.
Robust 73.5 mm working distance
A long 73.5 mm working distance minimizes the possibility of contact between the objective lens and valuable parts. It is ideal for measuring large step heights, tall bosses and deep holes.
iNEXIV VMA-2520 Standard stroke 250 mm(X) × 200 mm(Y) × 200 mm(Z)
A space-saving, low-cost model suited to measure small samples, such as electronic and die cast parts. Maximum sample weight 15 kg.
iNEXIV VMA-4540 Middle stroke 450 mm(X) × 400 mm(Y) × 200 mm(Z)
Suitable for mid-size samples, such as molded and pressed parts. Maximum sample weight 40 kg.
iNEXIV VMA-6555 Large stroke 650 mm(X) × 550 mm(Y) × 200 mm(Z)
Suitable for large sample and simultaneous measurement of multiple parts. Maximum sample weight 50 kg.
Auto Focus with high repeatability
Highly repeatable vision AF offers high-speed, high-precision focusing and height/depth measurement.
Even the bottom of a small diameter hole can be brought into correct focus.
