Laser engraving machine - Lasit TowerLabel

TowerLabel is a laser engraving machine that allows for automatically marking labels and tags of different sizes. However it’s also possible to mark different pieces up to 450mm on a part of the plan (400x170mm).

The system is provided with a tag loading function that can be adjusted in terms of width and length (tags are selected and marked from the top); the operator just has to open the loading system and regulate the measurements based on the size of the chosen tag. Once the stack of tags is loaded into the system, it works automatically and it can mark up to 250 tags.

The robust structure has a working table made of hard anodized aluminum with pre-drilled holes (step 50)  for fixturing parts quickly. Included in the system is a PC, monitor and both FlyCAD and FlyControl software packages with free upgrades.
