The FFL (Reflex) vision system enables the operator to see exactly what is being laser marking in great detail. This is largely due to the fact that the optical path from the camera to the marking plane does not pass through optical elements that can cause distortion. The camera has a high quality CCD sensor (Charge coupled device).
Sizes vary depending on the required field of view. A full range of lenses is available to provide the highest resolution and the best possible contrast. The lens incorporates a filter to completely shield the light scattered by the source during laser marking. The reflex mirror mechanism moves on highly precise tempered ground guides. Repositioning is immediate and repeatable. The optical system is designed to be protected against contamination and dust because the mirrors are housed inside a completely sealed chamber.
